The other day someone said to me, “Man, you’ve been doing this for so long it must take you no time to knock out one of those jingles or spots”.  This caused me to think, which is something I normally hate to do.  Certainly some things get done more quickly than others.  Take jingle composition/production for example.  The execution of the musical parts and vocals happens pretty quickly (thanks to YEARS and YEARS of both live and studio performance back in the day).  The outline and set up is definitely much faster.  Over time we’ve developed a system that works and we stick to it. . .
